.NET Technical Architect:
A Technical Architect is an experienced consultant possessing a proven technology expertise. This position requires the ability to independently handle all technical aspects of a project or client initiative. The technical Architect functions as the technology lead, defines the application framework, and contributes to the design of the system architecture.

As a Technical Architect, you will be working with several clients, providing advisory consulting on a variety of topics. In addition, you will participate in technical sales presentations, pre-sales activities to showcase Leverent's capabilities, and speak to our credentials. As a senior member of the Leverent team, you will mentor other employees within the company, and be an integral part of maintaining our relationship with our clients and partners alike.

This position requires significant technical prowess. Other than an in-depth knowledge of the .NET platform, this position requires thorough understanding of internet technologies, system and application architecture and design, component development and distributed computing principles, software development and quality assurance processes, performance engineering, distributed database management, systems management, etc. Experience in at least some of Microsoft based server products such as SharePoint Portal Sever, Biztalk, Content Management Server, Project server etc is required. Experience in competitive technologies such as J2EE will be a plus.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience with at least 5 years in IT consulting with strong communication and interpersonal skills. He or she should be comfortable cultivating and maintaining relationships with senior management personnel such as CEOs and CIOs and work independently with minimal direction.

.NET Technical Lead:
A Technical Lead is an experienced developer analyst possessing strong technical and business skills, a thorough understanding of project life cycles, and the ability to lead others. This individual must be able to handle a variety of situations in an independent manner.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a team lead role. The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the .NET platform, a strong foundation in C#, be able to design software components using UML, have strong verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to lead and mentor a large team.

Current India Job Openings
All positions require strong analytical and communication skills, a minimum of 2-3 years experience in building software solutions using Microsoft Technologies, an in-depth understanding of the .NET architecture and proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and UML. Experience with Microsoft products such as SharePoint and BizTalk are a plus.

Project Manager:
Candidates should have 5-10 years experience in delivering technology solutions with 3 years of project management experience. Ability to manage teams of upto 25 people is required. Technical knowledge in Microsoft products and solutions is preferred.

Team Lead: Candidates should have 4-7 years of experience, must have prior experience leading a team of software engineers and should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Senior .NET Developer: Candidates should have 3-5 years of development experience and should have more that two years experience developing solutions using .NET Technologies.
